Overview
In our 1:1 coaching sessions, we'll explore and confront your challenges and dilemmas. I will provide a safe space for you to untangle and reframe your issues so they become clear and structured. My goal is to help you address these issues head-on, but without creating more drama.
I will help you create a plan of action for every individual and issue, that maintains and grows your status, by developing your ability to adapt your style, so you become more expert and intuitive at steering your people away from conflict and in-fighting and toward your vision.
