How Core Strengths facilitation works

  • The SDI Corestrengths assessment is a self-discovery tool that evaluates individual strengths, motivations, and communication styles. It typically takes 20-30 minutes to complete. Participants respond to a series of questions, which generate a personalised report outlining their core strengths, potential areas for development, and insights into their interpersonal dynamics. This comprehensive assessment offers valuable insights for personal and professional growth.

  • In a two-day workshop led by a highly experienced Core Strengths facilitator, participants delve deep into understanding their assessment results and applying them to real-world scenarios. Through interactive exercises, group discussions, and role-playing activities, the facilitator guides participants in:

    - Exploring individual and team dynamics

    - Identifying strategies for effective communication and conflict resolution

    - Leveraging strengths to enhance collaboration and productivity

    - Developing actionable plans for personal and professional growth

    The workshop provides a supportive environment for participants to gain valuable insights and practical skills for success.

  • Following the workshop, I can provide ongoing support and spot coaching to ensure sustained growth and effectiveness for leaders. Through regular check-ins, individual coaching sessions, and targeted interventions, I:

  • As a qualified Core Strengths facilitator, my fee for group workshops starts at £1,000 per day. This covers delivery only and does not include pre- and post-workshop planning or expenses.

    For groups of 5–20 people, I recommend a minimum of two days to ensure depth and impact. For larger teams, please get in touch for a tailored proposal.

  • If you already use Core Strengths and TotalSDI in your organisation, I can collaborate with your in-house team to offer additional facilitation services and ongoing support.
