Let’s Have A Conversation
Step OneIf you’re considering this work, the most useful place to start is a conversation.
This might be because you’re navigating complexity, responsibility, or change. Or because something feels worth paying attention to, even if you’re not yet sure what that is.
You don’t need to have a clear request. Curiosity is enough.
Step TwoWhat Happens Next
If you reach out, I’ll read your message personally.
I aim to respond within two working days. If it feels useful, we can arrange a short, confidential conversation to explore what’s on your mind and whether this work is a good fit.
There is no obligation, and no expectation that you will proceed. The first conversation is simply a chance to think together. Discretion matters in this work.
Many of the people I work with hold visible or sensitive roles, and confidentiality is treated as a given. Your message and any conversation we have will be handled with care.
Use the form below to get in touch. A few lines is enough.
If you’d like, you can simply answer this question:
What feels most important to talk about right now?

If You’re Hesitating
People often pause before reaching out.
Not because they’re unsure about the quality of the work, but because contacting a coach can feel exposing. It can raise questions like:
I’m not sure what I’d even say.
I don’t want to be sold to.
What if this isn’t the right fit?
What if I’m not ready to talk about it yet?
I should probably have this clearer before I reach out.
All of that is understandable.
You don’t need a polished story, a defined goal, or a decision already made. You don’t need to know whether you want coaching, facilitation, or anything else.
The first conversation is not a commitment. It’s simply a place to think out loud with someone who is used to holding complexity and uncertainty without rushing it.
If now isn’t the right time, that’s fine.
If you’re curious but unsure, that’s often where the most useful conversations begin.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Fees depend on the nature of the work, whether it is individual, team-based, or organisational, and the time commitment involved.
My pricing is transparent and discussed early, so there are no surprises. If we decide to work together, you will have a clear understanding of costs before making any commitment.
If budget is a deciding factor, it is usually helpful to talk about that openly. It is part of the decision, not something to work around quietly.
-
I work with clients across the UK and internationally.
Sessions can take place:
in person, where that adds value
online, when that is more practical
or as a blend of both
I travel regularly for client work, and I am happy to discuss what format would best support the work you are considering.
-
Much of my work is with senior leaders, executives, founders, and leadership teams, often in complex or high-pressure environments.
That said, what matters more than role or title is whether the work feels relevant and timely for you. If you are unsure, a conversation is the best way to explore that.
-
Many people who contact me have already worked with coaches or consultants before.
What they are often looking for now is not more technique or motivation, but a different quality of conversation. Something more personal, more attentive, and more grounded in how things actually feel and function in real situations.
If you are looking for a highly structured or formulaic approach, this may not be the right fit. If you are looking for a thoughtful, relational, and rigorous way of working, it often is.
-
The first conversation is exploratory.
We talk about what has prompted you to reach out, what feels important right now, and what you are hoping for. I may ask questions, but there is no agenda to diagnose or direct.
By the end of the conversation, you should have a clearer sense of whether working together feels useful and whether the way I work suits you.
-
Yes.
Confidentiality is treated as a given. Many of the people I work with hold visible, senior, or sensitive roles, and discretion is essential to the work.
Nothing you share is passed on without your explicit permission.
-
That is very common.
You do not need to arrive with clarity or a defined request. Often the converstation begins with uncertainty, a question that won’t quite settle, or a sense that something needs attention.
That is enough to get us going.
-
Not every conversation leads to ongoing work, and it is important that any decision to continue feels right on both sides. If it does not, you will still leave with greater clarity about what you do or do not want next.
